Returns

We hope you will love everything you have bought from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you can return them to us in accordance with the below:

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us or wish to exchange for a different size or colour garment, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.

Refund Instructions

If you request a refund, please notify us in writing before you return the item at service@bigfishgear.co.uk stating what you are returning and why. The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

Exchange Instructions

If you require an exchange please notify us in writing before you return the item at service@bigfishgear.co.uk stating what you are returning and what you would like to exchange it for. We will send the replacement item once we have received the garment, confirmed that it meets the above conditions and received any excess payment due for the new item (if applicable).

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
